Cultivated in the north of the Camargue and very close to Avignon, the Alliaud house has a know-how transmitted for several generations as for the cultivation of the cane. Cultivated densely, the Alliaud cane is of medium to hard hardness and has a beautiful golden tint.


This cane is sought after and widely used by oboists around the world for its quality.


We use a digital hardness tester from Reeds 'n Stuff to measure the hardness of canes.
